COVID-19 Response

OUR SALES OFFICE IS OPEN FOR OVER THE COUNTER TICKET SALES AND DROPPING OFF OF PRIZE CLAIMS OF $600 AND GREATER.

Our sales office is open for selling tickets over the counter and the cashing of prizes under $600. For prize claims of $600 and greater, completed claims will be dropped off and processed the next business day. Prize checks will be mailed via the US Postal Service OR you may arrange to come in to pick up your check.
 
All visitors to our sales office are encouraged but not required to wear masks and please, social distance from each other. A maximum of 4 visitors are allowed in the sales office at a time and visitors will not be permitted to linger in our sales office to scratch or play lottery tickets. These are the continued steps we are taking to maintain the health, safety and well-being of our players, lottery retailers, employees and our partners.

Our Sales Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. For those prize claims of $600 and greater, you will present your winning ticket, complete a claim form, show a photo ID and proof of your social security number. You will receive a receipt for your claim and your claim will be processed the next business day. Prize checks will be mailed via US Postal Service or you may make arrangements to come in to pick it up.
