More Than $400 Million Up for Grabs in Tomorrow’s Mega Millions Drawing

Concord, NH – Without a winner in Friday’s drawing, the New Hampshire Lottery is anticipating the Mega Millions jackpot will rise to $410 million for tomorrow night’s drawing. The New Hampshire Lottery is projecting the one-time cash payout will increase to $308.2 million. (Estimated jackpot amounts are determined before taxes are withheld.)

“We see it time and time again where the action really starts to pick up when jackpots reach the $400 million threshold and that has certainly been the case with this still-growing Mega Millions jackpot,” said Charlie McIntyre, executive director, New Hampshire Lottery. “When a jackpot gets this high, you can just feel the anticipation rising. We saw the pace of sales increasing at our retailers and with New Hampshire iLottery over the weekend and we expect that trend to continue right through the drawing tomorrow night. Players, there is still plenty of time to get your tickets for a chance to be our next big winner!”

The Mega Millions drawing results from Friday, June 5, were: 32-35-37-47-55 MB-22 with a Megaplier of 3.

This $410 million Mega Millions jackpot has been increasing since February 11, when a lucky player purchased a $202 million winning ticket in New Jersey.

New Hampshire’s first Mega Millions jackpot winner claimed a $168 million winning Mega Millions ticket sold at the Brookside Market & Deli in Exeter for the drawing held July 23, 2019.

The largest Mega Millions jackpot in history was a $1.537 billion jackpot in October 2018—the second-largest overall lottery jackpot on record.

Mega Millions drawings are held Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:00 PM and tickets are on sale until 9:50 PM Tuesday.
Tickets are on sale at more than 1,400 retailers statewide, as well as through iLottery. For more information and to play, visit www.nhlottery.com.
