Lucky for Life: Top Prize Winning Ticket Sold at Hannaford Supermarket in Manchester

Lucky winner will receive $1,000 a day for life 

CONCORD, N.H. – A top prize winning $1,000 a day Lucky for Life ticket was sold at the Hannaford Supermarket at 859 Hanover Street in Manchester for last night’s (3/3) drawing. The lucky winner will take home $1,000 a day for life, before taxes. This is the second Lucky for Life top prize winner sold in New Hampshire since the game launched in March 2012.
 
“The New Hampshire Lottery is thrilled to have another Lucky for Life top prize winner. This game is a ton of fun for our players!” said Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director of the New Hampshire Lottery Commission. “We certainly hope our lucky winner has a very long and happy life of ahead of him or her to enjoy $365,000 a year for life before taxes! If you bought a ticket at the Hannaford Supermarket on Hanover Street for last night’s drawing, you better check your ticket.”
 
The winning numbers for last night’s drawing were 3-4-10-18-21 Lucky Ball: 2.
 
In August 2013 Richard Higgins of Manchester became the first player from New Hampshire to win the game’s top prize of $1,000 a day for life. He purchased the winning ticket at Bunny’s Superette at 75 Webster Street in Manchester. Last night’s winner would be the 10th top prize winner sold in all states since the game’s inception.
 
In January 2015, the Lucky for Life game, now known as “The Game of a Lifetime,” was expanded to offer customers more prizes and more opportunities to win. The expanded format features larger prize amounts and improved odds. In addition to its top prize, the game also features a $25,000 second prize and other cash prizes ranging from $2,000 to $2.
 
The Lucky for Life draw game is sold in the six New England states as well as Arkansas, Delaware, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, District of Columbia, Iowa, Kentucky, North Carolina, North Dakota, and Ohio.
 
Drawings take place Mondays and Thursdays at approximately 10:38 pm, Eastern Time. Tickets cost $2.
